Looking Ahead To The 2009 Season
          Important Information For The 2009 Season

  • HAVE FUN PLAYING FOOTBALL!  ALWAYS HAVE FUN!

  • $50 Player Fee due by Saturday, March 21st (NO EXCEPTIONS).  You will
    not be allowed to play in a game until your player fee is paid in full!

  • You will be excused from practice for the following reasons:  If you are sick or
    if there is a birth, death or wedding in your family.  There may be other
    instances at the discretion of the coaching staff based on individual
    circumstances.

  • If your work schedule is such that you cannot attend in-season practices
    and/or film sessions, you will be required to sit out one quarter for each
    function that you miss.  So, if you miss practice or film you will sit out one
    quarter of the following game.  If you miss both practice and film, you will be
    required to sit out two quarters of the following game.

  • If you miss practice for reasons other than those mentioned above, you will be
    fined $25.  You will still be expected to attend practices, film sessions and
    games but you will not be allowed to play in the game until the $25 fine is paid
    in full.

  • We will have white facemasks for the 2009 season.  Either paint the facemask
    that you currently have or purchase a white facemask.

  • Our new owner will be purchasing white game pants for the team.  We will
    wear white jerseys, white pants and white socks on the road.  For home
    games we will wear black jerseys, black pants and black socks.

  • We will be forming a "Unity Council".  This will consist of 3-5 players to help
    the players hold each other accountable.  The players chosen to make up this
    council will be the most committed and dedicated players on the team.  We
    must be held accountable for our actions as individuals as well as our actions
    as a team!

  • We will have a sponsorship contest for 2009.
1st Place:  Sabercats team jacket
2nd Place:  Keep both game jerseys and white game pants, free of charge
3rd Place:  Sabercats Polo shirt
4th Place:  $35 gift certificate to Pizza Hut
