| The Snake River SaberCats are a non-profit, full contact, 11-man football team entering their 5th year as a member of the Rocky Mountain Football League. The SaberCats offer adults the opportunity to play real football in the RMFL which has various teams located in Idaho, Utah and Montana. The SaberCats are coached by Dallas Hoffman who has been with the team from the inception of the SaberCats. We are currently looking for players to join us for the 2009 season. | SNAKE RIVER SABERCATS SEMI-PRO FOOTBALL 2009 SEASON CALENDAR OF EVENTS "The war is won, before the first battle is ever fought" Practices are held at Syringa Middle School in Caldwell. Friday, 5/01/09-The team will be leaving the Pilot Truck Stop in Ontario, Oregon at 9:00 am sharp, for Kalispell Montana. Coach Hoffman suggests that everyone is there no later than 8:45 am so we can get set up for car pooling. The game is scheduled for 3:00 pm. Some players will be leaving that day, some on Sunday. Monday, 5/3/09 @ 6:30 pm-We will be having a film session at the church. This is not mandatory. However, if you feel you need to improve on your game, this would be the time to learn. Tuesday, 5/4/09 @ 6:45-Practice at Syringa. Full pads unless notified differently. Saturday, 5/09/09 @ 5:00 pm-Game at home vs. the Logan Stampede Monday, 5/10/09 @ 6:30-Game film again, not mandatory. Tuesday, 5/11/09 @ 6:45-Practice in full pads. Saturday, 5/16/09 @ 10:00 am-The team will leave the TA Truck Stop in Boise off exit 54 (Broadway). We will be heading to Woods Cross, Utah for our game against the Davis Vipers. We will head home after the game. Monday, 5/18/09 @ 6:30 pm-Game film at the church. Tuesday, 5/19/09 @ 6:45 pm-Practice in full pads. Saturday, 5/23/09, NO GAME SCHEDULED-MEMORIAL WEEKEND. Coach says to have loads of fun and please be safe!! Monday, 5/25/09 @ 6:30 pm-Game film. We will watch the film of our first game against the Bulldawgs. Coach suggests everone be there. Tuesday, 5/26/09, @ 6:45 pm-Practice in full pads. Saturday, 5/30/09-We will be leaving the TA Truck Stop in Boise at 12:00 noon sharp for our game in Jerome. Game time is set for 4:00 pm. Monday, 6/01/09 @ 6:30 pm-Game film at the church. Tuesday, 6/02/09 @ 6:45 pm-Practice in full pads. Saturday, 6/06/09 @ 7:00 pm-Home game against Spartans. Be at the school no later than 5:00 pm.
